E-6B WST Dual Trailing Wire Antenna (DTWA) Simulation
Project Description: Working with NAWCTSD and L-3 Communications as a subcontractor, designed, developed and implemented the Dual Trailing Wire Antenna (DTWA) subsystem simulation for the E-6B Weapons System Trainer (WST) including: Requirements analysis, design, development, integration and test, and fielding the DTWA software simulation models on a Windows platform with an Open GL graphical front end. The DTWA subsystem of the E-6B WST can be used to train pipeline/initial reel operators when used in the standalone mode and to train the reel operator as part of the mission crew when integrated with the rest of the E-6B WST. This program is considered unique because it is an all digital, glass instrument type solution to a complex training requirement.
- Spatially representative simulation of the Antenna Control Console (ACC) to be used by the E-6B Reel Operator, displaying the ACC controls and indicators as high-resolution photorealistic images on the touch screen displays.

Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Egress Trainer (MET)
Project Description: MET training provides a primary means for units to frequently and repetitively train crew roll-over emergency egress drills that are dangerous and are infrequently trained in the "real world". The MET assists in the training of MRAP Rollover Emergency Procedures for all MRAP vehicle variants and assists in sustainment and advanced training at field sites. The MET consists of a vehicle cab mounted to two rotating wheels on a raised platform, and is based on an earlier HUMVEE rollover trainer. The MET comes in eight variants for different MRAP models currently fielded by the military. As result of the evolution of the MET Egress program, PEO STRI, PM Ground Combat Tactical Trainer (GCTT) has a requirement for CLS, which consists of MET Egress Training equipment maintenance, and New Equipment Training.
